By accessing or using Wasset, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

"User" / "You" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.

"Buyer" means a User who browses, saves, or purchases fashion or lifestyle products through Wasset.

"Stylist" / "Creator" means a User approved by Wasset to upload styles, recommendations, or other content.

"Content" includes images, videos, text, looks, styling recommendations, posts, and other material uploaded, created, or shared through the Platform.

"Products" means fashion, lifestyle, and related goods listed by third-party sellers, brands, merchants, or other partners.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wasset.

2.2

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating or maintaining your account.

2.3

Wasset may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

2.4

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

3. Nature of Wasset Services

3.1

Wasset is a fashion and lifestyle technology platform that may provide services including:

AI-powered fashion styling and recommendations
Digital wardrobe management
Personalized outfit and product discovery
Community and creator-led fashion discovery
Style sharing and social features
Fashion content creation and engagement
Marketplace facilitation
Product discovery and shopping assistance
Quick-commerce or delivery-enabled fulfilment in select locations

3.2

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Wasset is not the seller, manufacturer, or supplier of Products listed on the Platform. Products may be offered and fulfilled by third-party brands, sellers, merchants, delivery partners, or logistics providers.

3.3

Wasset may provide links, recommendations, product information, styling suggestions, or other services relating to third-party products and services. Wasset does not guarantee the availability, quality, authenticity, suitability, or performance of third-party products unless expressly stated.

3.4

Styling recommendations and other recommendations provided through Wasset are intended for informational and assistive purposes only and do not constitute professional fashion, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

4. User Obligations

You agree that you will not:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
Upload, publish, transmit, or share misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harmful content.
Upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Impersonate another person, brand, creator, or entity.
Manipulate views, likes, follows, engagement, rankings, rewards, points, or other Platform metrics.
Use bots, scripts, automated systems, or other methods to artificially interact with the Platform.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from Wasset's software, AI systems, algorithms, or technology.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, accounts, systems, databases, or networks.
Use the Platform to conduct fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
Circumvent Platform fees, payment systems, creator systems, or other Platform mechanisms.
Conduct transactions outside the Platform where such conduct is intended to circumvent Wasset's policies or fees.
Use Wasset's services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform.

5. AI Styling & Recommendations

5.1

Wasset may use artificial intelligence, machine learning models, fashion datasets, user-provided information, behavioral signals, preferences, wardrobe information, and styling logic to generate personalized recommendations.

5.2

AI-generated recommendations are probabilistic and may not always accurately reflect your preferences, measurements, appearance, style, occasion, budget, availability, or expected outcome.

5.3

Wasset does not guarantee that any AI-generated recommendation will be suitable, accurate, available, fashionable, comfortable, correctly sized, or satisfactory to you.

5.4

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and should be independently evaluated before making purchasing or other decisions.

5.5

Wasset may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue AI models, recommendation systems, or related functionality at any time.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

6.1 User Content

You retain ownership of the Content you upload to Wasset.

By uploading, posting, submitting, or otherwise making Content available through the Platform, you grant Wasset a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, communicate, and otherwise use such Content for purposes including:

Operating and providing the Platform;
Displaying Content to other Users;
Personalization and discovery;
Improving Platform features and services;
AI and machine-learning development and improvement, where permitted by applicable law;
Analytics and research;
Marketing and promotional activities; and
Developing new products and services.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary to grant this licence.

6.2 Platform Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its software, technology, design, user interface, trademarks, branding, algorithms, AI systems, models, databases, functionality, and other proprietary materials, belong to Wasset or its licensors, except for User Content and third-party materials.

6.3

Except as expressly permitted by Wasset or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, exploit, or create derivative works from Wasset's intellectual property.

6.4

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Wasset's intellectual property.

7. Stylist / Creator Terms

7.1

Wasset may allow certain Users to participate as Stylists, Creators, or other approved contributors.

7.2

Approval to participate as a Stylist or Creator is at Wasset's sole discretion and may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, agreements, guidelines, or policies.

7.3

Monetisation, revenue sharing, commissions, rewards, incentives, and payouts are governed by applicable Creator Program terms and policies.

7.4

Wasset may modify, suspend, restrict, or revoke Stylist or Creator privileges for reasons including quality, policy violations, fraud, misuse, trust and safety concerns, or other legitimate business reasons.

8. Orders, Payments & Refunds

8.1

Payments made through the Platform may be processed by third-party payment gateways, payment processors, sellers, or other authorised service providers.

8.2

Product prices, availability, taxes, delivery timelines, shipping charges, return policies, cancellation policies, and other purchase conditions may be determined by the applicable seller or service provider and disclosed at or before checkout.

8.3

Wasset may facilitate or assist with refunds, returns, replacements, cancellations, credits, or other customer-support resolutions.

8.4

Wasset is not responsible for delays, defects, cancellations, shortages, incorrect products, or other issues caused by third-party sellers, brands, merchants, payment providers, delivery partners, or logistics providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

9. Data & Privacy

9.1

Your personal data is handled in accordance with Wasset's Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data-protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and rules or regulations made thereunder, as applicable.

9.2

Wasset may collect and process information necessary to operate and improve the Platform, including account information, preferences, wardrobe information, interactions, engagement data, styling activity, and other information described in the Privacy Policy.

9.3

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wasset may use aggregated and anonymised information derived from Platform activity for analytics, research, product development, service improvement, and other legitimate purposes.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Wasset does not warrant that:

The Platform will always be available or uninterrupted;
The Platform will be error-free or secure;
AI-generated recommendations will always be accurate;
Styling recommendations will produce a particular result;
Products will always be available;
Product information supplied by third parties will always be complete or accurate;
Any particular product will fit, suit, or satisfy your preferences; or
The Platform will meet every User's individual requirements.

Fashion preferences, trends, sizing, fit, appearance, and personal style are subjective and may vary between individuals.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wasset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or relating to your use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wasset's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed INR 5,000 or the amount actually paid by you to Wasset through the Platform during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is lower.

This limitation shall not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

Wasset may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice where permitted by law, if:

You violate these Terms;
You misuse the Platform;
You engage in fraud or suspicious activity;
You engage in harmful, abusive, or unlawful conduct;
Your activities create security, legal, or reputational risks;
Wasset is required to do so by law or regulatory authorities; or
Wasset discontinues all or part of the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the affected Platform services will immediately cease.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and applicable obligations, will survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

13.2

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall, subject to applicable law, be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.

Seat of Arbitration: Delhi, India

Language: English

Tribunal: Sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law and the agreed arbitration procedure.

The courts located in Delhi shall have jurisdiction for interim or conservatory relief and such other matters as may be permitted under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

Wasset may modify, update, or replace these Terms from time to time.

Where required by applicable law, Wasset may provide notice of material changes through the Platform, email, or other appropriate means.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
